ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A machine comprising four mutually articulated consecutive lever stages; the first stage, the lowest, is articulated to a bracket integral with a thrust block rotating in the two directions around its vertical axis and with respect to the fixed base supported by four jacks. Said base may be mounted on the platform of a truck for the transport of the machine. The end of the last lever stage is articulated to a bracket with a square profile supporting a nacelle for the lifting at different heights of things and/or persons.
