ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a machining-reforming apparatus for an electrode of a resistance welding machine, comprising an electrode insertion portion provided with at least one rotary cutter having at least one cutter portion formed to extend along an inclination of a peripheral surface of a front end portion of an electrode and at a central position of rotation of the rotary cutter, said electrode insert position being produced with a receiving base having no cutter portion that is to be in abutment with a front end surface of the electrode.
