The present invention relates to macrolide derivatives of formula (I) in which R1 and R2 have the meanings given in the description; which are endowed with antiinflammatory activity and are substantially free of antibiotic properties, to pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and to pharmaceutical compositions containing them as active ingredient.
La présente invention porte sur des dérivés de type macrolides représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 et R2 ont les significations données dans la description, qui sont dotés d'une activité anti-inflammatoire et qui n'ont sensiblement pas de propriétés antibiotiques, sur des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces dérivés et sur des compositions pharmaceutiques qui les contiennent en tant qu'ingrédient actif.
