Le matériau comprend une trame linéaire ou ramifiée ou en peigne, éventuellement réticulée, qui porte des substituants ioniques; les substituants ioniques sont dérivés par réaction du groupe Y, de monomères ioniques répondant à la formule (I) M[Y- {0-(CHR)p-(CH2)q}n-C(SO2R F)2]m dans laquelle M est un cation de valence m; R F est un radical perfluoroalkyle linéaire ou ramifié ayant de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone; R est un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle ayant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone; Y est un groupe allyle, glycidyle, vinylbenzyle, acryloyle ou méthacryloyle ou un atome d'hydrogène; 0<=n<=40, 1<=p+q<=4; si n=0, Y est un groupe allyle ou glycidyle ou vinylbenzyle. Utilisation du matériau comme électrolyte dans une batterie rechargeable ou comme liant dans une électrode composite.
