The invention relates to macromolecules auto-assembled and photopolymerised around carbon nanotubes. Said macromolecules are essentially formed from rings of lipid compounds, polymerised about the nanotubes, said polymerised compounds being obtained from lipid molecules with one or two chains A, bonded to a group Z where A is a chain, CH¿3?-(CH¿2?)¿m?-C.ident.C-C.ident.C-(CH¿2?)¿n?-, where n and m, independently = whole numbers from 1 to 16 and Z is a polar head group embodied by a -COOH, -CO-NH-Y, -NH¿2? or N?+¿(R)¿3?, where R is an alkyl with C¿1? to C¿4? and Y is a -(CH¿2?)¿4?-C(R¿1?)-N(CH¿2?-COOH)¿2? group with R= H, or a COOH group, where A is a single lipid chain or a group of structure (I) or (II), where R2 = a COOH, or -CO-NH-Y¿1? group with Y¿1? = a -(CH¿2?)¿4?-C(R¿3?)-N(CH¿2?COOH)¿2? group with R¿3? = H or a COOH group, where Z and R¿2? can also be neutral polar head groups of the sugar or polysaccharide type. The above is of application particularly to the protection and purification of nanotubes, as a hydrophobic molecule or membrane protein vector or as a molecular motor. ?¿
L'invention concerne des macromolécules auto assemblées et photopolymérisées autour de nanotubes de carbone. Ces macromolécules sont essentiellement formées d'anneaux de composés lipidiques polymérisés entourant les nanotubes, ces composés polymérisés étant obtenus à partir de composés lipidiques, comportant une ou deux chaînes A liées à un groupe Z : - A représentant une chaîne, CH3-(CH2)m-C~C-C~C-(CH2)n, n et m, identiques ou différents, étant des entiers de 1 à 1 à 16, et - Z représentant une tête polaire constituée par un groupe -COOH, -CO-NH-Yn -NH2 ou N+(R)3, R étant un alkyle de C1 à C4, et Y un radical -(CH2) 4-C(R1)-N(CH2-COOH)2, avec R1 représentant H ou un radical COOH dans le cas ou A représente une seule chaîne lipidique, ou un groupe de structure : -O-CH2 -O- CH-O-CH2-COO-R2 ou CH-OR21 -O-CH2 -O- avec R2 représentant un groupe -COOH, -CO-NH-Y1, Y1 étant un radical -(CH2)4-C(R3)- N(CH2-COOH)2, avec R3 représentant H ou un radical COOH, Z ou R2 pouvant être également des têtes polaires hydrophiles neutres de type sucre ou polysaccharides. Applications notamment pour la protection et la purification de nanotubes, comme vecteur de molécules hydrophobes ou de protéines membranaires, ou comme moteurs moléculaires.
