This is a magnetically attached wireless video camera system with an audio component, the magnetic mounting apparatus allows for the rapid installation of the camera to any metallic surfaces within seconds. The casing is made of steal with a weather resistant rubber coating. 1t is also equipped with an attachment railing system that allows for installation of additional mounting apparatuses, such as a suction-cup and rubber belt attachment for poles and wooden beams. An anti-theft alarm system is also part of the device and is activated by a key switch. A small speaker sounds if the unit is removed without using its unique key. The power is supplied by means of an embedded battery pack, a DC adapter or a solar panel. The invention is to be use in conjunction with a miniature television to help drivers when backing-up their vehicles and can also be use for surveillance purposes.
