ABSTRACT In a toy and novelty with an element of surprise and delight, In this invention, a twenty-four (24) inch hollow rod resembling a baton, having a float therein, said float having a first magnetic which moves to the top of the baton when said baton is hand-held in a vertical position. A second magnetic removably mounted on the exterior of said baton such that the movement of the second magnetic is controlled by the displacement of the first magnetic.
