The present invention provides a process for the preparation of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct particles, the process comprises: producing magnesium halide/alcohol adduct melts in the inert liquid medium; high speed rotating and dispersing the said magnesium halide/alcohol adduct melts to get melt dispersions to form spherical magnesium halide/alcohol adduct particles. The present invention also relates to the magnesium halide/alcohol adduct particles produced by the process of the present invention and the uses of the process in the preparation of the catalyst for olefin polymerization.
La présente invention a trait à un procédé pour la préparation de particules d'adduit d'alcool/halogénure de magnésium, le procédé comprenant : la production de fontes d'adduit d'alcool/halogénure de magnésium dans un milieu liquide ; la rotation à grande vitesse et la dispersion desdites fontes d'adduit d'alcool/halogénure de magnésium en vue d'obtenir des dispersions dans le champ de la force d'ultra-gravité ; et le refroidissement desdites dispersions de fontes pour former des particules sphériques d'adduit d'alcool/halogénure de magnésium. La présente invention a également trait à des particules d'adduit d'alcool/halogénure de magnésium produites par le procédé de la présente invention et les utilisations du procédé dans la préparation du catalyseur pour la polymérisation d'oléfines.
