A magnet housing for retaining elongate, rectangular cross-section permanent magnets includes an aluminum, arcuate body portion having inner and outer surfaces. The housing has a first retaining arm biased towards the inner surface of the body portion by a first curved integral portion of the magnet housing located at a first side of the body portion, and a second retaining arm biased towards the inner surface of the body portion by a second curved integral portion of the magnet housing at a side of the body portion opposite the first side. The inner surface of the body portion has a first pair of shoulders and a longitudinal rib for receiving a magnet and a second pair of shoulders and a longitudinal rib for receiving a second magnet.
