An improved magnet wire for motors coupled to speed controllers with higher resistance to voltage peaks and its manufacturing process, which is a 200°C thermal class product with copper or aluminum conductor, with an insulating system of polyesterimide polymers and overcoat of modified amideimide, subject to a voltage pulse test of: Sample: twisted pair; frequency 20,000 Hz; voltage 2,300 volts; loading cycle 50%; temperature 180°C, rising speed 40 nanoseconds; pulse width 25 microseconds, being the product characterized by a useful life more than 100 times longer than the one of the normal 200°C class magnet wire.
