ABSTRACT MAGNETIC AMORPHOUS METAL ALLOYS An amorphous metal alloy which is at least 90 percent amorphous having enhanced magnetic proper- ties and consisting essentially of a composition having the formula FeaCobBcSid, wh.erein "a", "b", "c" and "d" are atomic percentages ranging from about 64.0 to 80.0, 7.0 to 20.0, 13.0 to 15.0 and greater than zero to 1.5 respectively, with the proviso that the sum of "a", "b", "c" and "d" equals 100.
