A magnetic apparatus for treating fluid fuels has a tubular flow chamber (6) with a conical part (17) which widens in the flow direction (A) and a conical magnetic insert (16) with at least two axially spaced apart plate- or ring- shaped permanent magnets (10, 11, 12, 13). The magnetic insert is pressed against the flow direction by a force, for example its own weight and/or the force of a spring, and is mounted in an axially moving manner in the region of the conical part. The permanent magnets (10, 11, 12, 13) are kept apart only by spacer rings (14) or disks made of a non-ferromagnetic material and arranged in an inner partial region between mutually facing surfaces of the permanent magnets. A bearing shoulder (19) arranged in the wall of the conical part (17) of the flow chamber (6) is associated with at least one permanent magnet (10, 12).
L'invention concerne un appareil magnétique pour traiter des combustibles fluides, comportant une chambre d'écoulement tubulaire (6) possédant une partie conique (17) s'élargissant dans le sens d'écoulement (A) et un élément magnétique conique (16) comprenant au moins deux aimants permanents (10, 11, 12, 13) discoïdes ou annulaires espacés axialement. Cet élément magnétique est sollicité, à l'encontre du sens d'écoulement, par une force, par exemple son propre poids et/ou la force d'un ressort, et est monté mobile axialement dans la région de la partie conique. Les aimants permanents (10, 11, 12, 13) sont maintenus espacés uniquement par des bagues d'espacement (14) ou bien des disques d'espacement constitués d'un matériau non ferromagnétique et disposés dans une région partielle intérieure entre des surfaces des aimants permanents situées en regard l'une de l'autre. Un épaulement d'appui (19) ménagé dans la paroi de la partie conique (17) de la chambre d'écoulement (6) est associé avec au moins un aimant permanent (10, 12).
