A magnetic base flashlight holder provides for the hands free holding of a flashlight enabling the user to perform any task using both hands freely while keeping the area of interest illuminated. The body of the base having a snaked shape contains two permanent fixed magnets under the base itself. The center of the base contains an exterior centered member having a first end and an opposite end. The member is a flexible neck providing rotation having the first end attached to the center of the base and the extended opposite end of the flexible neck having an open housing. The open housing contain a magnet which is mounted centrally into the housing and on the surface of the housing for receiving a magnetic object such as; a flashlight having a magnetic end.
