The invention concerns a method for producing a magnetised coating capable of exerting lasting magnetic forces, which consists in spreading on a support (11) conductive particles (13), oriented by a predetermined magnetisation along an electromagnetic excitation and embedded in a binder (12). The coating apparatus for implementing the inventive method, comprises means feeding (10, 15) the support (11) on a conveyor belt (20), means applying a main binder (12) with pressing rollers (40) and with at least a nozzle (30), coupled with heating means, a reservoir (50) of particles (13) coupled with a sprinkler (51) for dispensing the load of particles, means for distributing the load of particles into the main binder, electromagnetic means (60) for producing an anisotropic magnetic field magnetising the particles, a sprayer (80) for depositing a supplementary binder, drying means (100), demagnetising (110) and winding (120) means. The invention is applicable to supports in particular for paper making, games, decoration or building.

L'invention vise à réaliser un enduit aimanté apte à exercer des forces magnétiques durables. Pour ce faire, le procédé selon l'invention consiste à étaler sur un support (11) des particules conductrices (13), orientées par une aimantation préalable selon un champ électromagnétique inducteur et noyées dans un liant (12). L'appareil d'enduction pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'invention, comporte des moyens d'alimentation (10, 15) du support (11) sur une bande transporteuse (20), des moyens d'application d'un liant principal (12) par rouleaux presseurs (40) et par au moins une buse (30), couplés à des moyens de chauffage, un réservoir (50) de particules (13) couplé à un saupoudreur (51) pour la distribution de la charge de particules, des moyens répartiteurs de la charge de particules dans le liant principal, des moyens électromagnétiques (60) de production d'un champ magnétique anisotrope d'aimantation des particules, un pulvérisateur (80) pour déposer un liant complémentaire, des moyens de séchage (100), des moyens démagnétiseurs (110) et de bobinage (120). Applications aux supports notamment pour papeterie, jeux, décoration ou bâtiment.
