This invention is used to safely drill holes into electrical panels and enclosures. It consists of a ring magnet enclosed by a plastic case. It is used by drilling the enclosure through the center of the ring magnet. The ring magnet will catch and conceal the steel shavings produced by the drill so they do not get into the electrical equipment in the enclosure. If steel shavings were to get into the electrical equipment it could short it out not only causing damage to the equipment, but putting the electrician in danger if it were to explode.
