A device for improving combustion efficiency of carbon based fuels and decreasing resulting pollution emissions by treating the fuel before it enters a combustion device. This is accomplished by applying a strong magnetic field across the fuel flow line close to the point of combustion. The magnetic field is applied by extending the polarity of a strong, cross-polarized, permanent magnet with steel polarizer bars. The bars are situated parallel to each other with the fuel line running in between. This magnetic polarization device can also be used to apply a magnetic field to a water line to dissolve and prevent scale build up inside pipes, valves, water heaters, etc. This device requires no external power source and is maintenance free.

Dispositif permettant d'améliorer l'efficacité de combustion de combustibles à base de carbone et de réduire les émissions polluantes résultantes en traitant le combustible avant sa combustion. Le procédé consiste à appliquer un fort courant magnétique dans la canalisation d'écoulement du combustible à proximité du point de combustion. Le champ magnétique est appliqué en prolongeant la polarité d'un puissant aimant permanent contrapolaire à l'aide de barres polarisantes en acier. Les barres sont disposées parallèlement, de part et d'autre de la canalisation de combustible. Ce dispositif de polarisation magnétique peut aussi être utilisé pour appliquer un champ magnétique sur une canalisation d'eau dans le but de dissoudre le tartre qui se forme dans la canalisation, les robinets, les chauffe-eau, etc., et d'en prévenir la formation. Le dispositif ne nécessite aucune source d'alimentation externe et aucun entretien.
