The Subject Matter of this invention is to transform, with the Energy Recycling Device, the lost energy of weights, airplanes, trains, vehicles, cars or trucks ( ' vehicles ') in magnetic storm on a common magnetic bus by the use of Permanent Magnets and then to transform it into electrical energy by taking advantage of the flux variation in time. This is done by adding module of Energy Recycling Devices to existing roads, as you can see in the Figure 1, that is integral part of this filing. Since this device is only a few inches thick, it can easily replace the asphalt directly and be connected to the electrical grid or generate in isolated form.
