Magnetic Music Notes is a variety of music notation shapes including notes, their corresponding rests and music symbols that are made of magnetic material or made with magnetic material or properties attached allowing the notes, rests and music symbols to adhere to a blackboard or any other surface that contains metallic or magnetic properties. It is used as a music teaching manipulative to help teach music students how to read and write music notation. The main components consist of magnetic material in the shapes of various music notes, rests and other music symbols related to music notation. They comprise of whole, half, quarter, eighth and sixteenth notes and their corresponding rests, other notes including triplets, double notes and dotted notes, symbols including flats, sharps and natural signs, treble and bass clefs, bar lines, end bar lines, repeat bar lines, letters of the alphabet from A to G and numbers including 0,1,2,3,4,6 and 8.
