A magnetic pallet (1) for anchorage of a ferromagnetic part to be taken for machining to a machine tool with horizontal tool axis, said magnetic pallet (1) comprising a base plate (3), a vertical parallelepiped shoulder (5) extending from the base plate (3), a first plurality of magnetic conductors (15) arranged in a matrix and which can be polarised magnetically so as to define a first surface for vertical magnetic anchorage of ferrous parts at a first lateral face (4) of said shoulder (5), characterised in that said base plate (3) and said shoulder (5) are formed from a single ferromagnetic monolithic block, and in that from said ferromagnetic monolithic block, at said first lateral face (4) of said shoulder (5), a first recess (7) is formed for housing said first plurality of magnetic conductors (15).
Une palette magnétique (1) sert à ancrer une pièce ferromagnétique destinée à l'usinage par une machine-outil à axe horizontal. Cette palette magnétique (1) comprend une plaque de base (3), un épaulement parallélépipède vertical (5) qui s'étend depuis la plaque de base, une première pluralité de conducteurs magnétiques (15) regroupés en une matrice et pouvant être polarisés magnétiquement de manière à définir une première surface d'ancrage magnétique vertical des pièces en métal ferreux sur une première face latérale (4) du premier épaulement (5); elle est caractérisée en ce que la plaque de base (3) et l'épaulement (5) sont formés à partir d'un bloc ferromagnétique monolithique, à la première face latérale (4) dudit épaulement, et une première partie en retrait (7) est formée pour accueillir la première pluralité de conducteurs magnétiques (15).
