This invention intends to provide an immunoassay for obtaining stable measuring results which provide low noises and high signals, characterized by use of gelatin-coated magnetic particles whose diameters range from 1.0 to 10 µm and each having a core of an organic polymer material, a layer formed from a magnetic material so as to coat the exterior of the core and gelatin coating the surface of the layer formed from the magnetic material.

L'invention porte sur un immuno-essai permettant d'obtenir des résultats stables lors de la mesure de faibles bruits et de signaux de niveau élevé, caractérisé en ce qu'il fait intervenir des particules magnétiques de gélatine, d'un diamètre compris entre 1 et 10 mu m, et ayant chacune un noyau de composé polymère, une couche dérivée d'une matière magnétique pour recouvrir l'extérieur du noyau, et de la gélatine recouvrant en surface la couche dérivée de la matière magnétique.
