A pulsated magnetic welding method and a welding induction coil for sealing a vessel (10) are provided. The method includes providing a vessel's body (11) having an open end (12) a cover (13) including a welding part and a brim part (15). A diameter of the cover (13) at the welding part (14) is less than the diameter of the vessel's body (11) for providing an air gap (16) between the vessel's body (11) and the welding part (14). The cover (13) is placed within said open end (12) of the vessel's body (11). A welding induction coil (18) is provided around the vessel's body (11) at the place where the welding part (14) of the cover (13) is located. The welding induction coil (18) is energized to generate a pulsed magnetic force sufficient to cause bending a portion (19) of the vessel's body (11) in a radially inward direction around the cover (13) in the air gap (16). The pulsed magnetic force has such a value so to provide mutual diffusion of atoms of the vessel's body (11) and the cover (13) at their impact, thereby to weld the vessel's body (11) and the cover (13) to each other.
L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage magnétique pulsé et une bobine d'induction de soudage destinés à souder un vaisseau (10). Le procédé consiste à produire un corps de vaisseau (11) possédant une extrémité ouverte (12) et un couvercle (13) équipé d'une partie de soudage (14) et d'une partie de bord (15). Un diamètre du couvercle (13) de la partie de soudage (14) est inférieur au diamètre interne du corps du vaisseau (11) afin de produire un espace d'air (16) entre le corps du vaisseau (11) et la partie de soudage (14). Le couvercle (13) est placé dans l'extrémité ouverte (12) du corps du vaisseau (11). Une bobine d'induction de soudage (18) est placée autour du corps du vaisseau (11) à l'endroit où la partie de soudage (14) du couvercle (13) est située. La bobine d'induction de soudage (18) est alimentée de manière à générer une force magnétique pulsée suffisante à entraîner le pliage d'une partie (19) du corps du vaisseau (11) dans un sens radial interne autour du couvercle (13) dans l'espace d'air (16). La force magnétique pulsée possède une valeur telle à fournir une diffusion mutuelle des atomes du corps du vaisseau (11) et du couvercle (13) au moment de leur impact, afin de souder le corps du vaisseau (11) et le couvercle (13) l'un à l'autre.
