MAGNETIC RECORDING TAPE CASSETTE Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention relates to a magnetic tape cassette. The cassette comprises a bottom case half and a top case half. The case halves are combined together and fastened by self-tapping screws. A lid member is hingedly supported on the top case half so as to close openings in the front side of the cassette case to protect a magnetic recording tape. Each of the self-tapping screws are adapted to be inserted through the top case half.
