The invention relates to a method for separating at least one first material from a mixture containing said at least one first material and at least one second material. Said method comprises the following steps: (A) a suspension of the mixture containing at least one first material and at least one second material and at least one magnetic particle is produced in a suitable suspending agent; (B) the pH of the suspension obtained in step (A) is adjusted to a value at which the at least one first material and the at least one magnetic particle have opposite surface charges such that the same agglomerate; (C) the agglomerate obtained in step (B) is separated by applying a magnetic field; and (D) the agglomerate separated in step (C) is split by adjusting the pH to a value at which the at least one first material and the at least one magnetic particle have identical surface charges in order to obtain the at least one first material.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation d'au moins une première substance contenue dans un mélange qui contient ladite au moins une première substance et au moins une deuxième substance, lequel procédé consiste à (A) produire une suspension du mélange contenant au moins une première substance et au moins une deuxième substance ainsi qu'au moins une particule magnétique dans un milieu de suspension approprié, (B) ajuster le pH de la suspension obtenue à l'issue de l'étape (A) à une valeur, à laquelle ladite au moins une première substance et ladite au moins une particule magnétique portent des charges superficielles opposées, de sorte que la substance et la particule s'agglomèrent, (C) séparer l'agglomérat obtenu à l'issue de l'étape (B) par application d'un champ magnétique et (D) scinder l'agglomérat séparé à l'étape (C) par ajustement du pH à une valeur, à laquelle ladite au moins une première substance et ladite au moins une particule magnétique portent les mêmes charges superficielles, afin d'obtenir ladite au moins une première substance.
