22.2.1979 1 PHO.78.512 ABSTRACT: A magnetic tape cassette comprises two adjacent- ly arranged winding reels which are rotatable about parallel axes of rotation, which reels comprise a winding hub, which is provided with a reel flange on each side and has a cy- lindrical outer wall, and to which hub the end of a magne- tic tape is attached by means of a clamping member, which is pressed into a recess in the cylindrical outer wall of the winding hub so that the magnetic tape is clamped in position. For mounting and, as the case may be removing, the clamping member has an opening on a side which is re- mote from the axis of rotation on the winding reel, so that the clamping member can be fitted onto an assembly tool and can be pressed into the recess in the radial direction between the flanges of the winding reel. For disassembly, the clamping member is pulled out of the recess between the flanges of the winding reel by means of a disassembly tool which fits behind undercuts of the recess in the clamp- ing member.
