This is an invention that allows for the rapid installation of the light to any metallic structure by means of a magnetic base. The apparatus can be use as a regular flashlight or as an emergency signal light. The apparatus is powered by a single or a plurality of flat batteries and is activated by a switch on the upper side on the apparatus. The system is composed of a robust plastic casing, a single or a plurality of powerful LED light, a power source, a digital circuit activated by a double action switch to generate a continuous light or a pattern and a magnetic base. The pattern being generated ones the switch on the side of the upper cover is pressed a second time is a Morse Code S.O.S. pattern (. . . - - - . . .).
