An apparatus (10, 20) for magnet- ically treating fluid comprised of non- polar molecular clusters, such as water flowing therethrough is provided. The apparatus (10, 20) includes a housing (100, 400) having an inlet (102) and an outlet (110), which housing (100, 400) is adapted to permit fluid flow therethrough between the inlet and the outlet within the interior thereof. In the two embod- iments (10, 20) disclosed, a magnet ar- rangement (200, 500, 600) is positioned either totally within (200) or partially surrounding (600) and associated with magnets within (500) the housing (100, 400) to provide a harmonic magnetic field within the housing (100, 400). The strength of the harmonic magnet field is variable along the housing (100, 400) in response to fluid flow therethrough. In addition, a method of magnetically treat- ing non-polar fluids comprised of cluster molecules, such as water, is disclosed.

Appareil (10, 20) permettant de soumettre à un traitement magnétique un liquide composé d'amas moléculaires non polaires, tel que l'eau, qui s'écoule à travers ledit appareil (10, 20). Ce dernier comprend un corps (100, 400) doté d'un orifice d'entrée (102) et d'un orifice de sortie (110), conçu pour permettre à un liquide de s'écouler à l'intérieur dudit corps, entre ses orifices d'entrée et de sortie. Dans les deux modes de réalisation décrits, (10, 20), un agencement d'aimants (200, 500, 600) est placé, soit entièrement à l'intérieur (200) du corps (100, 400), soit de façon à l'entourer partiellement (600) en étant associé à des aimants (500) à l'intérieur du corps (100, 400), afin d'y créer un champ magnétique harmonique. L'intensité du champ magnétique harmonique peut varier le long du corps (100, 400) en réponse à l'écoulement de fluide à travers ce dernier. En outre, un procédé de traitement magnétique de liquides non polaires composés d'amas de molécules, tels que l'eau, est décrit.
