Disclosed is a series of connected mailers comprising exterior plies consituting an envelope front and back, a plurality of equally spaced lines of transverse perforation defining a series of envelopes each having the front and back plies connected along all four sides thereof, a plurality of insert plies within each envelope, at least one of said plies being transversely folded on itself. Also disclosed is a method of manufacture for such mailers.
