The maintenance verification and tool kit also includes a feature manager unit managing features set up for a customer including managing wholesaler feature groups, attributes, and attribute groupings, an administration unit viewing visitors to the energy management system, a report unit generating reports regarding the energy management system including audit query reports, accumulate log reports, list super users reports, meter status detail reports viewing status of meter files, and a security unit assigning access for a plurality of facilities to at least one club, and determining whether the at least one club is authorized to manage another club.
