The invention relates to a method and system for arranging the maintenance of a production plant. In the method according to the invention, information related to the manufacturing processes and machinery of a production plant (20) is collected by means of at least one information system and/or measurement unit and/or production control unit (21, 22, 23, 24, 25), and the information is sent from the production plant (20) to a remote service unit (10), wherein information submitted from the production plant (20) is collected and analyzed. In the method, the internal information network of the production plant (20) and the information network of the service unit (10) are isolated from the Internet by firewalls (F10, F20). The information is transferred bidirectionally via the firewalls (F10, F20) between the information networks of the production plant (20) and the service unit (10) in a secured format. The system according to the invention includes in the production plant (20) information systems (21, 22, 23, 24, 25), wherefrom information is transferred to a service system server (26) and further includes a service unit (10) comprising a data analysis unit (12) and a data bank (13). In the system there is established between the production plant (20) and the service unit (10) a secured communications connection comprising a firewall (F20) of the production plant (20), a firewall (F10) of the service unit (10) and a secured communications connection therebetween.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant de disposer la maintenance d'une usine de production. Selon le procédé décrit par l'invention, des informations liées aux processus de fabrication et à l'équipement d'une usine de production (20) sont recueillies à l'aide d'au moins un système d'informations et/ou une unité de mesure et/ou une unité de commande de la production ( 21, 22, 23, 24, 25), et elles sont envoyées de l'usine de production (20) vers une unité de service à distance (10), où les informations soumises par ladite usine (20) sont recueillies et analysées. Selon ce procédé, le réseau d'informations interne de l'usine de production (20) et le réseau d'informations de l'unité de service (10) sont isolés de l'Internet par l'intermédiaire de coupe-feu (F¿10?, F¿20?). Les informations sont transférées de manière bidirectionnelle par les coupe-feu (F¿10?, F¿20?) entre les réseaux d'informations de l'usine de production (20) et l'unité de service (10) dans un format sécurisé. Ledit système selon l'invention comporte dans l'usine de production (20) des systèmes d'informations (21, 22, 23, 24, 25), à partir desquels des informations sont transmises à un serveur du système de service (26), ainsi qu'une unité de service (10) contenant une unité d'analyse de données (12) et une banque de données (13). Dans le système, entre l'usine de production (20) et l'unité de service (10) existe une connexion de communications de sécurité comprenant un coupe-feu (F¿20?) de l'usine de production (20), un coupe-feu (F¿10?) de l'unité de service et entre ceux-ci une connexion de communication de sécurité.
