The invention concerns the use, for the preparation of a composition and/or in a composition for the make-up removal of keratin materials, of a polysaccharide alkyl ether made up of units consisting of at least two different oside cycles, each unit containing at least one hydroxyl group substituted by a saturated hydrocarbon alkyl chain associated with a make-up removal system containing at least one non-aqueous solvent and/or one oil. The polysaccharide alkyl ether has, preferably, an average molecular weight greater than 200,000 and is in particular a guar gum alkyl ether with a substitution degree of 2 to 3, in particular 2.5. The invention also concerns make-up removal compositions containing the said polysaccharide alkyl ether.
L'invention se rapporte à l'utilisation pour la préparation d'une composition et/ou dans une composition pour démaquiller les matières kératiniques, d'un alkyléther de polysaccharide formé de motifs comportant au moins deux cycles osidiques différents, chaque motif comportant au moins un groupe hydroxyle substitué par une chaîne alkyle hydrocarbonée saturée associé à un système démaquillant comprenant au moins un solvant non aqueux et/ou une huile. L'alkyléther de polysaccharide a de préférence un poids moléculaire supérieur à 200 000 et est notamment un alkyléther de gomme de guar ayant un degré de substitution d'environ 2 à 3, en particulier 2,5. L'invention a aussi pour objet des compositions démaquillantes comprenant ledit alkyléther de polysaccharide.
