A hygienic underwear for male is provided with two foldable fabric panels over its front panel. A first opening is formed in the front panel of the underwear to allow the penis and the scrotum of the wearer to extend therethrough to separate from the groin area. A second opening is formed in the first foldable fabric panel for the penis to extend therethrough to separate from the scrotum, and a second foldable fabric panel is foldable over the first foldable fabric panel to cover over the penis.
