A prosthesis for orienting a flacid penis in an orientation to accommodate sexual intercourse is provided. The prosthesis of the prsent invention does not interfere with the blood flow to the penis. A pair of continuous wire or rod shaped flexible members are formed separately and joined together to allow pivoting motion of the members with respect to one another in apivoting relationship. The members are also coated with a flexible preferably soft latex like thermoplastic coating so as not to irritate the user. The prosthesis includes a the first engaging portion for engaging adjacent the glans of the penis, proximate the corona sulcus and the prosthesis also having laterally extending arms for engaging an area adjacent the public bone of the user for engaging with a securing strap to allow for the provision of various comfort positions. The prosthesis having disposed with with each member intermediate the first and second ends, and disposed closer to the second end, a support for non interfering engagement adjacent the base of the penis proximate the sides thereof which do not interfere with the bloodflow to the penis and together provide a prosthesis which will accommodate and support a flacid penis in an orientation to accommodate sexual intercourse. The members will rotate in relation to one another as the penis becomes engorged with blood while still supporting said penis, and not irritating the user or his sexual partner as a result of the preferred flexible thermoplastic coating, and the hinged rotary action of the members with respect to one another.

Deux broches ou tiges flexibles continues, montées séparément, se joignent de façon à pouvoir pivoter l'une en fonction de l'autre selon un axe. Ces pièces sont également recouvertes d'un revêtement thermoplastique de type latex flexible et doux de préférence pour éviter d'irriter l'utilisateur. La prothèse comprend une première partie qui s'installe près du gland à proximité de la couronne, et une seconde, composée de bras latéraux qui s'installent dans la zone de l'os pubien de l'utilisateur et dans lesquels s'engage une courroie de fixation permettant d'adopter diverses positions de façon à assurer le confort. La prothèse installée, chacune des pièces en position intermédiaire entre les deux extrémités, et placé plus près de la seconde extrémité, un support permettant d'engager l'appareil sans difficulté à la base du pénis près des parois de l'appareil, qui ne gêne pas l'afflux du sang au pénis, et qui ensemble constituent une prothèse qui s'installe sur un pénis au repos et le soutient dans une position qui permet la relation sexuelle. Les pièces pivoteront l'une en fonction de l'autre à mesure que le pénis s'engorgera de sang tout en continuant à soutenir le pénis, sans irriter l'utilisateur ou sa ou son partenaire grâce au revêtement thermoplastique souple, et à l'action rotative articulée des pièces l'une en fonction de l'autre.
