Man-made satellite with roll, yaw and pitch control vanes (4, 4', 5) for applying rotational torques to the satellite about its three axes by means of the resistance of the rarefied air surrounding the satellite (dynamic inertia compensation for rotating objects aboard the satellite can also be effected). This invention applies particularly to low orbit satellites.
