A manhole structure (1) formed by jointing a cast-in-place concrete manhole wall (2) with a pipe (3). In the manhole structure (1), the pipe (3) is laid by pipe-jacking in a vertical shaft (4) and a flexible water shut off joint (5) for manhole is provided on the outer circumference of the pipe (3). The flexible water shut off joint (5) for manhole comprises a rigid tubular body (6), and a flexible tubular body (7) located on the inside of the tubular body (6) in the space between the tubular body and the pipe, wherein the flexible tubular body (7) is formed of a resilient body. The flexible tubular body (7) has one end (7a) pressed fixedly against the inner surface of the tubular body (6) by means of an expansion band (8), and the other end (7b) pressed fixedly against the outer circumference of the pipe (3) by means of a tightening band (9). The manhole wall (2) is formed by pouring concrete to the outer circumference of the tubular body (6). The flexible tubular body (7) of the manhole structure (1) absorbs expansion/contraction displacement, bending displacement, shearing displacement, and the like, between the manhole wall (2) and the pipe (3) without applying any load to the pipe (3).
L'invention concerne une structure de trou d'homme (1) formée par assemblage d'une paroi (2) de trou d'homme en béton coulé sur place avec un tube (3). Dans la structure de trou d'homme (1), le tube (3) est posé par lève-tubes dans un puits vertical (4) puis, un joint d'arrêt d'eau souple (5) pour structure de trou d'homme est installé sur la circonférence extérieure du tube (3). Le joint (5) décrit dans cette invention comprend un corps tubulaire rigide (6) et un corps tubulaire souple (7) situé à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire rigide (6) dans l'espace entre le corps tubulaire et le tube. Le corps tubulaire souple (7) est constitué d'un corps élastique. Le corps tubulaire souple (7) présente une extrémité (7a) pressée de manière fixe contre la surface interne du corps tubulaire (6) au moyen d'une bande d'expansion (8), et une autre extrémité (7b) pressée de manière fixe contre la circonférence extérieure du tube (3) au moyen d'une bande de serrage (9). La paroi de trou d'homme (2) est formée par déversement de béton dans la circonférence extérieure du corps tubulaire rigide (6). Le corps tubulaire souple (7) de la structure de trou d'homme (1) absorbe le déplacement par expansion/contraction, le déplacement par courbure, le déplacement par cisaillement, etc., entre la paroi de trou d'homme (2) et le tube (3) sans application d'une force sur le tube (3).
