ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An air distribution manifold for the enhanced burning of wood debris. To be used where regulation calls for the burning of large volumes of wood debris to be contained in above or below ground pits and auxiliary air supplied to the fires. Wood debris typically being unrecyclable stumps, limbs, and brush generated from land clearing and forest indust- ries. Burn-pits are rectangular and are generally excavated in the ground. The air manifold stretches the length of the pit along the top lip. The manifold consists of a series of air chambers and when connec- ted to a compatible blower will deliver a pressur- ized uniform air flow to the fire-pit. The added oxygen fuels the fire and the air flow configuration created by the manifold recirculates any rising smoke and particulates back into the fire where they are completely consumed resulting in a smoke free fire.
