A manifold (1) comprises a body (2) with a plurality of branch fittings (3) diverging therefrom. The inner surface of the body (2) is conical such that the inner cross-sectional area of the body (2) decreases in the direction of flow. The manifold (1) is particularly well suited for use in tap water systems. The manifold (1) can be manufactured e.g. from polyphenyl sulfone PPSU, polysulphone PSU, polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, glass fibre reinforced polyamide PA, or cross-linked polyolefin plastic.
La présente invention a trait à un collecteur (1) comportant un corps (2) avec une pluralité de raccords de branchement (3) en divergeant. La surface intérieure du corps (2) est conique de sorte que la surface de section transversale interne du corps (2) décroît dans la direction d'écoulement. Le collecteur (1) est particulièrement adapté à être utilisé dans des systèmes de robinetterie d'eau. Le collecteur (1) peut être fabriqué, par exemple à partir de polyphénylsulfone (PSSU), de polysulphone (PSU), de fluorure de polyvinylidène, de polyamide à renfort de fibres de verre (PA), ou de plastique polyoléfinique réticulé.
