ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A manifold (35) for receiving gas streams from a plurality of groups of gas purifiers (14, 16) arranged in parallel. The manifold (35) comprises a number of pipe parts (38a-d) with a successively increasing diameter forming a main channel in the manifold (35). A first pipe part (38a) projects into a second pipe part (38b), whereby, in the gap between the pipe parts (38a, 38b ), a gap or connection channel (40b) is formed which is substantially parallel to the main channel formed by the pipe parts (38a-d). The second pipe part (38b) projects into a third pipe part (38c), thus forming a gap (40b) between the pipe parts (38b, 38c), and so on. Outlet tube parts (36a-d) from cyclones (16a-d) are connected to said channels (40b, 40c, ...).
