The vehicle comprises a pair of side frames interconnected by vertically adjustable front and rear interconnecting members that include horizontal portions onto which a boom is slideably and pivotally connected. Raising and lowering of one or two of the interconnecting members and laterial traversing of one or two of the connected boom portions provides for manipulation of an object or tool attached to the boom.
