Mannose-6-phosphate is formultated by pH adjustment as a suspension or solution at pH 6 to 8, preferably 6.5 to 7.5 and preferably at a concentration of 65 to 300 mM. Suspensions can be made in viscous hyaluronic acid gels. These compositions are useful in wound healing, particularly to prevent or mitigate scar formation.
L'invention concerne de la mannose-6-phosphate formulée par ajustement du pH comme suspension ou solution avec un pH compris entre 6 et 8, de préférence entre 6,5 et 7,5 et de préférence avec une concentration de 65 à 300 mM. Les suspensions peuvent être formées dans des gels d'acide hyaluronique visqueux. Ces compositions s'utilisent pour la guérison de plaies, notamment afin d'éviter ou d'atténuer la formation de cicatrices.
