Methods of producing a carbohydrate HIV vaccine or immunogenic composition are provided. One method comprises expressing a glycoprotein with a modified glycosylation, which facilitates binding of the glycoprotein to the 2Gl 2 antibody. Another method comprises iteratively selecting cells with a high affinity for the 2Gl 2 antibody.
L'invention porte sur des procédés de fabrication d'un vaccin anti-HIV de glucide ou d'une composition immunogène. Un procédé consiste à exprimer une glycoprotéine présentant une glycosylation modifiée, ce qui facilite la liaison de la glycoprotéine à l'anticorps 2G12. Un autre procédé consiste à sélectionner de manière itérative des cellules présentant une affinité élevée avec l'anticorps 2G12.
