The invention concerns .alpha.-D-mannopyranosyl-1 phosphate derivatives of formulae (I), (II) and (II) as medicines, wherein each R11 to R14, R21 to R24, R31 to R34 is H or a OH-protecting group, and R and R' are such as defined in the description, useful as cellular sources of Man-1 P, against the CDG-I syndrome and in particular the CDG-Ia syndrome. The invention also concerns said derivatives as industrial products as well as their preparation method.
La présente invention concerne en tant que médicaments les dérivés de .alpha.-D-mannopyranosyl-1 phosphate de formules (I), (II) et (III) (où chaque groupe R11 à R14, R21 à R24, R31 à R34 est H ou un groupe OH- protecteur, et R et R' sont définis comme indiqué dans la description), utilisables comme sources cellulaires de Man-1 P, vis-à-vis du syndrome CDG-I et en particulier du syndrome CDG-Ia.
