The invention relates to a device comprising a lid (1) consisting of a base (2) on which a container can be fixed in such a way that it is blocked when rotating, and a cap (3) which is rotatable with respect to the base (2). The lid (1) is connected to a shaft (6) arranged in a container (5) by means of a gear (4) which is arranged in said lid (1) and whose transmission ratio is equal to 4:1. The shaft (6) bears two blades (7a, 7b) which are axially offset with respect to each other and provided with cutting edges (8) by means of a gear (4) on both longitudinal edges thereof. The inventive device can be used for chopping cutable products into uniform pieces, in particular vegetables. In order to do so, the container (5) is filled with cutable products and, afterwards placed, fixed and tilted. The cutable product is chopped by the reciprocally rotating container (5), basis (2) and cap (3) with alternatingly opposite directions of rotation.
L'invention concerne un appareil comprenant un couvercle (1) qui est constitué d'une base (2) sur laquelle un récipient (5) peut être fixé de façon à être bloqué en rotation, ainsi que d'une partie de recouvrement (3) qui peut tourner par rapport à la base (2) et qui coopère avec un arbre (6) qui est monté dans le récipient (5) et qui supporte deux lames (7a, 7b) décalées axialement l'une par rapport à l'autre et dont les deux bords longitudinaux respectifs sont pourvus d'arêtes tranchantes (8), par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage (4) qui présente un rapport de transmission égal à 4:1 et est disposé dans le couvercle (1). L'appareil selon l'invention peut servir à réduire en morceaux réguliers des produits tranchables, en particulier des légumes, une fois que le récipient a été rempli de produits tranchables, posé, fixé et incliné, par rotation opposée de l'ensemble récipient (5)/base (2) d'une part, et de la partie de recouvrement (3) d'autre part, les sens de rotation opposés changeant tour à tour. L'appareil selon l'invention sert notamment à couper de manière homogène des oignons en petits dés.
