A manually-severable coupling device for coupling two tubes, particularly useful in peritoneal dialysis including a flexible plastic member having passageways therethrough and formed with tubular end sections for receiving tubes to be coupled, an annular groove formed intermediate the tubular end sections defining a flexible, weakened, annular web capable of being severed by rotating one of the tubular end sections with respect to the other, and a finger gripping formation integrally formed in each tubular end section on opposite sides of the weakened annular web grippable by a user to rotate the tubular end sections with respect to each other to sever them from each other along the weakened annular web.
Un dispositif d'accouplement sectionnable manuellement et permettant l'accouplement de deux tubes (12a, 12b), utile notamment dans la dialyse péritonéale, comporte un élément plastique souple pourvu de passages (30) et de sections terminales tubulaires (31, 32) destinés à recevoir des tubes (20, 24) à accoupler, une gorge annulaire (33) formée entre les sections terminales tubulaires et définissant une partie jointive annulaire souple (33) qui est affaiblie et sectionnable par rotation d'une des sections terminales tubulaires (31, 32) par rapport à l'autre, ainsi qu'une partie conformée de préhension (34, 35) moulée d'une seule pièce dans chaque section terminale tubulaire (31, 32) de chaque côté de la partie jointive annulaire affaiblie (33) et facilitant la préhension par un utilisateur pour faire tourner les sections terminales tubulaires l'une par rapport à l'autre en vue de les sectionner le long de la partie jointive annulaire affaiblie (33).
