A manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method are provided for manufacturing stably from a thermoplastic resin a resin film product having a small and uniform thickness and smooth surfaces, which has been impossible with a conventional tube extruding method or and blown film extrusion method. It comprises a heating extruder (1) for extruding a molten thermoplastic resin in a tubular form, and a core unit (2) opposed to an inner surface of said thermoplastic resin extruded in the tubular form, and molding said thermoplastic resin to a tubular resin film (20) while exuding a gas to said inner surface. A stabilizing device (4) is disposed between a nozzle (3) of said heating extruder (1) and said core unit (2) for stabilizing a shape of said thermoplastic resin extruded in the tubular form.
La présente invention a trait à une unité pour la production stable d'un produit à base de film de résine présentant une épaisseur de film mince et uniforme et une surface homogène, ledit produit n'étant pas susceptible d'être obtenu par les procédés courants d'extrusion tubulaire ou d'extrusion de film soufflé, à partir d'une résine thermoplastique ; ainsi qu'un procédé pour la production du produit à base de film. L'invention a également trait à une unité comprenant une extrudeuse thermique (1) pour l'extrusion d'une résine thermoplastique en fusion en un tube et un noyau (2) qui exsude un gaz vers la paroi interne du tube pour transformer le tube en un film de résine tubulaire (20), dans lequel un moyen (4) de stabilisation de la forme du tube est installé entre la buse (3) de l'extrudeuse thermique (1) et le noyau (2).
