This invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a laminate comprising a reinforced fiber base, for use in the manufacture of a composite material by an RTM molding method or a vacuum RTM molding method. The apparatus comprises a bonding device. In the bonding device, two or more reinforced fiber bases each having a resin material on its surface are stacked on top of each other to form a laminate precursor. The layers constituting the laminate precursor are partially bonded to and integrated with each other with the aid of the resin material to produce a laminate. The bonding device comprises an indenter tool and a plate tool disposed opposite to each other. The indenter tool comprises an indenter plate and a plurality of indenters. At least one of the indenter tool and the plate tool has a lifting/lowering function, and at least one of the indenter tool and the plate tool has a heating function. According to the above constitution, the apparatus can continuously manufacture laminates having excellent handleability and shapability.
Cette invention concerne un appareil de fabrication d'un stratifié comprenant une base en fibres renforcées, à utiliser dans la fabrication d'une matière composite par un procédé d'injection RTM ou un procédé d'injection RTM sous vide. L'appareil comprend un dispositif d'assemblage. Dans le dispositif d'assemblage, deux bases ou plus en fibres renforcées ayant chacune un matériau résineux sur sa surface, sont empilées l'une sur l'autre pour former un précurseur de stratifié. Les couches constituant le précurseur de stratifié sont partiellement assemblées l'une sur l'autre et mutuellement à l'aide du matériau résineux, pour produire un stratifié. Le dispositif d'assemblage comprend un outil d'indentation et un outil formant plaque disposés en vis-à-vis. L'outil d'indentation comprend une plaque d'indentation et une pluralité d'éléments d'indentation. Au moins l'outil d'indentation ou l'outil formant plaque présente une fonction d'élévation/abaissement. Au moins l'outil d'indentation ou l'outil formant plaque présente une fonction de chauffage. Avec la configuration précitée, l'appareil peut fabriquer en continu des stratifiés ayant une maniabilité et une aptitude au formage excellentes.
