Methods and apparatus are presented that improve the efficiency of stator production by connecting stator coil leads (140, 142) to final attachment devices (124) before the coils (120, 122) are inserted into a stator core. After coil insertion, the final attachment devices are merely mounted to the stator receiving the stator core, eliminating most if not all post-coil- insertion lead identification and manipulation processes. The final attachment devices can be terminal receivers that include a plurality of wire sockets for receiving a plurality of coil leads. Coil leads are connected to final attachment devices during the coil winding stage. Such connections add little or no additional time to the winding stage.
L'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil permettant d'améliorer l'efficacité de production de stators par la connexion des fils (140, 142) de l'enroulement statorique aux dispositifs de fixation terminaux (124) avant que les enroulements (120, 122) soient insérés dans un noyau statorique. Après l'insertion de l'enroulement, les dispositifs de fixation terminaux sont simplement montés sur le stator recevant le noyau statorique, ce qui permet l'élimination de la totalité ou d'une partie des procédés d'identification et de manipulation de fils d'insertion post enroulement. Lesdits dispositifs de fixation terminaux peuvent être des récepteurs de borne comportant plusieurs douilles à fil conçues pour recevoir plusieurs fils d'enroulement. Les fils d'enroulement sont connectés aux dispositifs de fixation terminaux pendant l'étape d'enroulement de la bobine. L'installation desdites connexions rallonge peu voire pas du tout l'étape d'enroulement.
