Disclosed is a method of providing rice pizza that integrates pizza with sauce made from Korea's traditional pastes. The rice pizza of the present invention incorporates ingredients such as a piece of rice cake, various pastes, such as thick soy paste mixed with red peppers, fermented soybean paste, and soy sauce. As a result, the present invention converts some of pizza's adult-disease-generating ingredients into Korea's traditional high-quality food products, which promotes rice consumption among young people and ultimately at home.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une pizza à base de riz, ayant l'aspect d'une pizza classique, dont la sauce est préparée à partir de pâtes coréennes traditionnelles. Parmi les ingrédients de cette pizza figurent un morceau de gâteau de riz, différentes pâtes, telles qu'une pâte de soja épaisse comportant des morceaux de poivron rouge, et une pâte de haricots de soja fermentés, ainsi que de la sauce soja. Ainsi, dans la pizza de l'invention, certains des ingrédients de la pizza classique, qui ont des effets pathogènes chez l'adulte, sont remplacés par des produits alimentaires coréens d'excellente qualité, ce qui favorise la consommation de riz chez les jeunes et dans les foyers.
