The invention relates to a method for manufacturing cement clinker whereby the raw meal is initially subjected to preparatory processing, e.g. by comminution, homogenization and/or drying, and, eventually, nodulized and burned, with the nodulization process itself taking place in a stationary burning reactor. By the method according to the invention a sulphatic compound is added to the raw meal in a sufficient quantity before introducing the raw meal into the stationary burning reactor or directly into the stationary reactor, e.g. through the combustion air or together with the fuel. It is an essential requirement that the sulphate content of the calcined raw meal is considerably higher than the alkali oxide content.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication du clinker de ciment dans lequel la farine crue est soumise initialement à un traitement préparatoire, tel que la comminution, l'homogénéisation et/ou le séchage et est finalement transformée en nodules et brûlée, le processus même de transformation en nodules ayant lieu à l'intérieur d'un four fixe. Selon l'invention, le procédé consiste à ajouter un composé sulfaté à la farine crue en quantité suffisante avant l'introduction de ladite farine crue dans le four fixe ou bien à introduire directement ce composé dans le four fixe, par exemple par l'intermédiaire de l'air comburant ou mélangé au carburant. Il est absolument indispensable que le contenu sulfaté de la farine crue calcinée soit fortement supérieur au contenu en oxyde alcalin.
