By the extrusion method, (position 1) polyethylene yarns are produced (position 2). These yarns are cooled in a cold water container (position 3). Following that and after having been pre-stretched (position 4), the yarns come into a heating oven (position 5), where they are drawn by means of shafts (position 6). The monofilament that has been created by said method is then coiled in bobbins (position 8) through an appropriate coiling system (position 9). Following that, the monofilament bobbins are placed on the Raschel knitting machine and are knitted together with polyethylene yarns in latticed fabric. The final product shall be a net utilized for the palletization of various materials. This net has high elasticity, extensibility and breaking resistance.
Par le procédé d'extrusion selon l'invention, (position 1) des fils de polyéthylène sont produits (position 2). Ces fils sont refroidis dans un réservoir d'eau froide (position 3). Ensuite, après avoir été pré-étirés (position 4), les fils entrent dans un four de chauffage (position 5), où ils sont étirés au moyen d'arbres (position 6). Le monofilament qui a été créé par ledit procédé est alors bobiné en bobines (position 8) à l'aide d'un système de bobinage approprié (position 9). Ensuite, les bobines de monofilament sont placées sur le métier à tricoter Raschel et sont tricotées avec des fils de polyéthylène pour former un tissu de type treillis. Le produit final sera un filet utilisé pour la palettisation de différentes matières. Ce filet présente une grande élasticité, une grande extensibilité et une grande résistance à la rupture.
