A process for the production of a panel (9) with a fitted acoustically resistive layer, including at least one central core with porous structure bounded on one side by a structural layer covered with a porous acoustically resistive layer and, on the other side, by a total acoustical reflector, in which, successively, acoustically resistive strips are laid down to form the layer on a mold (M) shaped like the panel to be obtained, the structural layer is put in place, the core of porous structure is put in place the total reflector is put in place then the mold (M) is withdrawn from the panel. When laying down on the mold (M) the acoustically resistive layer, the porosity of this latter is locally adapted to correspond with the characteristics of the sonic wave at the point of impact, the correlation between characteristics and impact region being previously determined by conventional acoustical techniques applied to a test panel identical to that to be produced. - Application to sound attenuation panels for aircraft in particular.

- L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau (9) à couche résistive acoustique adaptée, du type comprenant au moins une âme centrale à structure alvéolaire flanquée, d'un côté, d'une couche structurale recouverte d'une couche résistive acoustique poreuse et, de l'autre côté, d'un réflecteur acoustique total, dans lequel, successivement on enroule par banderolage ladite couche résistive acoustique sur un moule (M) conforme au profil du panneau à obtenir, on met en place ladite couche structurale, on met en place ladite âme à structure alvéolaire, on met en place ledit réflecteur total, puis on retire le moule (M) du panneau, caractérisé en ce qu'au cours de la dépose sur le moule (M) de la couche résistive acoustique la porosité de cette dernière est adaptée localement en correspondance avec les caractéristiques de l'onde sonore au point d'impact, la corrélation entre caractéristiques et zone d'impact étant préalablement déterminée à l'aide de techniques acoustiques conventionnelles appliquées à un panneau-test identique à celui à réaliser. - Application aux panneaux d'atténuation acoustique notamment pour aéronefs.
